Molylub HME Synth Synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil, available in 32, 46 and 68 grades, offers good corrosion resistance. All grades have excellent temperature/viscosity characteristics and are suitable for operating at a temperature range of -60° to +385°F (-51°C to +196°C). Molylub HME Synth Synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oils are compatible with typical hydraulic seal materials and are fully miscible with conventional petroleum based oils; however, mixing with petroleum oils will reduce their biodegradability.

The long life and high film strength of Molylub HME Synth™ greatly increases equipment reliability and provides excellent protection in highly corrosive environments. It gains its performance advantage over competing oils through its superior blend of base oils plus Molylub’s proprietary MOLTEC® additive technology

Molylub HME Synth Synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil will separate water and filter well when wet; however moisture contamination should be avoided in service to minimize unintended biodegradation.

Molylub HME Synth Hydraulic Oils are designed to give maximum protection in hydraulic equipment used on vessels and in environmentally sensitive areas.

They are used in hydraulic systems as recommended by ISO 15380, HEPR in mobile and stationary hydraulic vane, piston, and gear type pumps. The use of Molylub HME Synth Synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil should be considered in unattended or outdoor equipment such as in timber harvesting, service fleets, and construction machinery or wherever ground or water contamination is a problem with petroleum lubricants.

Molylub HME Synth 46 sind spezielle Produkte mit einem sehr hohem Viskositätsindex, sogenannte HVI-Öle, (HVLP) und zudem bilogisch abbaubar.

Sie sind mit Mineralölen mischbar.

Stark schwankende Umgebungstemperaturen zwischen den Ölwechseln oder hohe Betriebstemperaturen machen den Einsatz dieser Öle notwendig. Der zusätzliche Vorteil ist das ausgezeichnete Viskositätstemperaturverhalten und das gute Kältefließvermögen.

Molylub HME Synth 46 werden unter Berücksichtigung der Herstellervorschriften und der Umgebungstemperaturverhältnisse für Hydraulikanlagen empfohlen, bei denen geringere Viskositätsänderungen bei wechselnden Betriebstemperaturen gefordert werden sowie für Einrichtungen und Aggregate, die unter stark schwankenden Umgebungs- und Betriebstemperaturen arbeiten.

Bestens für Kolben-, Zahnrad-, Zellenhydraulikpumpen, Marineanwendungen, Forstmaschinen, Bohr- u. Bergbaumaschinen geeignet.
