Dry lubricant spray is a non-staining, fast-drying aerosol (PTFE, graphite, or molybdenum) designed to lubricate mechanisms without attracting dirt, dust, or oil. It is applied by spraying a thin, even coat onto cleaned surfaces, leaving a protective, low-friction film that is ideal for plastic, metal, wood, and rubber.

Molylub CleanTec Spray Clean-room lubricating spray applications require specialized lubricants designed to reduce friction and prevent wear while minimizing contamination in strictly controlled environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device manufacturing). Key requirements include low outgassing, non-particulate, non-toxic formulations, often utilizing silicone-based or synthetic fluorinated oils that are chemically inert and stable over wide temperatures.
