Special High Performance washable Needle and Sinker oils with extra-ordinary lubrication properties for high loaded circular knitting machines
Application:
Special Textile Industry knitting oils for lubrication of Mellor Bromley knitting machines needles and sinkers with very good lubrication properties.
Universal circular knitting oils and are also suitable for Mellor Bromley circular jacquard knitting machines as well as Interlock, rib and all popular double jersey structures up to 4 needle tracks. Especially recommended for machines which have a coarser pitch and hosiery knitting machines and machines older series with leaking problems.
Mellor Bromley oil properties :
- Increased needles and sinkers lubrication with special synthetic esters additivation
- Extraordinary needles cams and cylinder protection from wear, withstands Extra Pressure cycles
- The specially matched additives of these oils guarantee a minimum wear of the movable parts, such as needles and sinkers and a high oxidation resistance.
- The cleaning effect achieved by the use of special additives and prevents the formation of deposits.
- The oils of Textolin W- Series emulsify quickly with water and the wash liquors which used in the textile industry, the result is an excellent washability of the oil.
- The excellent frictional behavior saves energy and reduces operating temperatures.
- A very good viscosity-temperature behavior ensures easier start-up of equipment and smooth operation even under temperature fluctuations.
