Knitting oil is important for such types of machinery to work optimally. Molylub KnitTex series range of knitting machine lubricating oil is formulated to provide safety and performance enhancement. It is formulated from highly viscous and hydro-treated water base stocks. The knitting machine oil also has emulsifiers and other special additives for performance enhancement. The knitting machine oil reduces the deposits on the needles and offers good resistance to oxidation. They are fully washable and work with all dyes and paints used in textile mills.

Genuine Shima Oil replacement

The New SFG’s centralized lubrication system features lubrication to all required parts at the touch of a lever. Lubrication with the recommended Genuine Shima Seiki Oil provides sufficient coverage to all parts of the machine for minimized wear and easier maintenance. In addition, the NewSFG features computer-controlled automatic lubrication of the sinker and jack, providing an optimum amount of oil to the sinkers according to a pre-set schedule. Automatic lubrication also prevents over-lubrication, conserving oil and keeping your products clean.

• Needle Health: Regularly check for and replace bent or damaged needles.
