Needle and sinker oils for large circular knitting machines with higher washability requirements

Knitting machines require heavy lubrication of needles and sinkers, which can cause oil stains on the finished fabric. Good scourability ensures that these stains are completely removed during subsequent washing (wet processing). Modern, high-performance knitting oils (e.g., ISO 15, 22, 32) are designed to be self-emulsifiable, meaning they mix with water during the washing cycle to rinse away efficiently. Specialized lubricants, such as those tested for use with Lycra or elastane, are essential to prevent damage or staining, particularly if the fabric is heat-set before washing

Application:
High speed, large and small diameter circular electronically or mechanically controlled Single- and Double-Jersey knitting machines, stocking knitting machines, its needles, sinkers, needle cylinders, dials, tuck cams.
Scourable knitting oil properties :
