Low mineral oil containing, water-emulsifiable metalworking coolant

Description:  A high performance, universal, formulated with high levels of lubricity additives designed for machining a wide range of metals water-miscible metalworking fluid containing solvent refined mineral oil with low PAH content,  anionic and non-ionic emulsifiers and polar lubricity improvers and boric acid derivatives.

Applications: Universal metalworking fluid for all chipforming processes, designed for use from 4.0 % upwards.  Suitable for machining cast iron, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, with the exception of magnesium. When mixed with water of hardness 60 °dH (1080 ppm) or less, Molylub CutFluid Extra will produce stable, opalescent emulsions with excellent wetting properties and superb cooling and detergency. Notes:                                 Classified WGK 2 in Germany – hazardous to water.

Stable when stored at 10  °C/50 °F to 25 °C/77 °F for up to 9 months.  Avoid frost where possible..
