Water soluble
Water soluble cutting fluids
The primary objective for soluble cutting fluid is to reduce friction between the tool and the material being machined as well as dissipating any thus created heat. Another role of the cutting fluid is to flush any chips or swarf away from the cutting zone.

Molylub CutFluid and Molylub Cutola series technologically advanced ranges of cutting fluids, are fully compliant with the latest legislation and have been designed for all types of metal machining and precision engineering application
Diluted with water soluble metal cutting fluid
Molylub CutFluid and Molylub Cutola series fluids are water-soluble cutting fluids formulated with high levels of lubricity additives designed for machining a wide range of metals. These biostable, chlorine-free fluids are particularly suitable for aluminum alloys used in the automotive industry. Offering the right balance between cooling and lubricity, these metalworking fluids deliver excellent tool life and surface finish, which can help reduce tool regrinding and component rejects.
Molylub CutFluid and Molylub Cutola series of products are designed to help increase the productivity of modern machine shops by providing high performance features

When selecting cutting oils for machining, both water soluble cutting oils and neat cutting oils offer distinct functionalities that can be leveraged based on the material and machining process. For common machining materials such as Aluminium, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Brass and Copper, and Glass/Ceramics, water-soluble cutting oils are often preferred due to their versatility and cooling performance. These oils are particularly effective for high-speed machining operations, providing excellent heat dissipation and easy cleanup.
Water soluble cutting oils, including water-dilutable fluids, are crucial for machining operations due to their cooling and cleaning properties. These fluids require meticulous maintenance due to pH and concentration fluctuations.

Soluble Cutting Fluid
These fluids create oil-in-water emulsions using base oil, emulsifiers, anti-wear additives, and corrosion inhibitors. They typically use medium viscosity petroleum-based or mixed-type mineral oils as the base.
-
Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluid
These concentrates blend oil, synthetic lubricants, and additives, resulting in translucent fluids when mixed with water. They combine the lubricating qualities of soluble oils with the cleanliness of synthetic coolants.
-
Synthetic Cutting Fluid
These fluids consist of water soluble organic compounds devoid of mineral oil or petroleum. They yield clear fluids when mixed with water and are renowned for their exceptional cooling performance.
