Molylub Bossplex SUC-460/1-2 is newest generation Calcium Sulfonate Complex extreme-pressure, high temperature, vibration damping, hot steam resistant grease which offers a strong adhesion due to its high base oil viscosity.

New thickener + special base oil viscosity + additivation formulation has enhanced properties in terms load capacity, parallel thermal and wet resistance, anticorrosion properties while keeping a very high level of pumpability and ability to lubricate well in case of vibration on slow speeds.

Application:

  • Pelleting presses

  • Pelleting plant’ narrow track rollers with spherical bearings, feed rollers

  • Ideal for hot dusty wet applications in paper mills, cement plants, mining etc.

  • Suitable for use in centralized greasing systems, pneumatic pump systems

Performance:

Molylub Bossplex SUC-460/1-2 has special multiseason consistency between NLGI 1 and NLGI 2, which makes it suitable for cold starting, better pumpability

Classification ISO- L-XBGIB ½ as per ISO/DIS 6743-9
