Ageing-resistant new generation universal easy scourable water clear oil for Textile Industry knitting, spinning and sewing machinery.

Circular knitting oil application

Application: High speed, large diameter circular electronically or mechanically controlled Single- and Double-Jersey knitting machines, stocking knitting machines, its needles and sinkers.
As universal grade can be used in cotton, linen or wool spinning machines for ring travelers wet lubrication.

Circular knitting oil Properties:

NEEDLES KNITTING OILS

Description: Molylub KnitTex Series KNITTING Oils are manufactured from a combination of high quality HVI solvent-extracted dual hydrogenated paraffinic base oils which have good lubricity, good oxidation stability and give good protection against rust.

 Typical Uses: 
Recommended for use on knitting needles, on full fashion machines using nylon yarn and on circular knit machines where a light oil is required. Can be hand applied by brush, spray or oil can.

Daily Maintenance Tasks

  • Cleaning: Remove lint, cotton dust, and fly from needles, sinkers, the dial, and cylinder using an air blow gun or brush. Clean the creel and yarn feeders.
  • Lubrication: Check oil levels daily; if below the marker, replenish. Manually lubricate needle beds every 1-2 shifts.
  • Inspection: Check for damaged needles and sinkers, replacing them immediately. Ensure the tensioners, positive yarn feeders, and safety auto-stop devices are working
