Cleaner hydraulic oil is achieved through effective filtration, vacuum dehydration, and centrifugal separation, which remove solid particles, water, and gases to extend component life and optimize performance.
High-cleanliness hydraulic oils are essential for preventing premature failure in modern, precision hydraulic systems. These oils are typically filtered to ISO 4406 cleanliness levels of 16/14/11 or better (e.g., 15/13/10) directly from the manufacturer, whereas standard oil usually requires on-site filtration before use.
Molylub Novarol H Clean hydraulic oil
Molylub Novarol H Clean is a finely filtered premium performance hydraulic oil, made with highly refined base oils formulated for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems that require an oil with a high level of cleanliness. It provides excellent wear protection to hydraulic pumps and motors at wide temperature ranges. It meets ISO 4406 Fluid Cleanliness level of 16/14/11.
