Zinc- free hydraulic oils Hitec HZF-series are best solution to avoid corrosion of certain metals in hydraulic system such as yellow metals. Avoided chemical reaction between zinc oxides and an organic thiophosphoric acid that produces zinc dialkyldithiophosphate. The disadvantages of zinc-based additives include their corrosion of certain metals and environmental impact. Oils with zinc levels that are too high have a history of leading to the corrosion of some metals, such as yellow metals, as they chemically attack the metal surfaces. A number of components even include instructions to avoid zinc-based additivated lubricants for this reason.

Hitec HZF-series use a unique, advanced, zinc-free anti-wear technology to deliver up to twice the life of Zinc-free product, improved pump protection and system efficiency. New Zinc-Free hydraulic fluid is engineered to work under demanding temperature and operating conditions, and is ideal for most manufacturing applications including plastic injection molding and mobile equipment operations.

  • improved air release and filterability characteristics
  • prolonged machine life and reduced unplanned shutdowns
  • eliminated low pressure loss
  • reduced environmental impact
  • protected against wear and scuffing in hydraulic pumps
  • foam inhibited to prevent pump cavitation

Ideal solution for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems, especially where metal concentrations are a concern. Containing anti-wear and rust inhibiting additives, it remains stable when exposed to moisture and extreme temperatures.
